First off, thank you for taking the time to get to know us and we look forward to a future partnering together. Our names our Joe and Kaylee Carroll, and we have been in this industry since 2013. Joe as a realtor beginning in 2013, and Kaylee as a property manager for our properties since 2016.
We began our journey hosting families for long-term stays in one of our 5 homes in central Iowa. We have since sold these homes to continue our business now in the short-term rental industry throughout the country.
Real estate and property management has been a passion of ours and we strive to continue to serve our clients as successfully and extraordinary as possible. We aim for respect, open communication, high level of professionalism and quality service with all our properties and business.
With our short term rentals, VPstays strives to offer you a home away from home for however long your extended stay may be. Whether you are working remote, on a business trip, doing an extended stay near family, staying in a rental between moves, short term professional clinical work, or any other reason for a getaway - we are here to work with all professional travelers alike. We offer hotel-like stays including travel-size toiletries, fresh towels and linens, complementary wifi and workstations, as well as all the advantages of a home such as a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living spaces.

After each stay, our professional cleaning team will inspect and clean each unit. If a guest is staying longer than 7 days, weekly or monthly cleaning services may be accommodated based on request. We strive to maintain the upmost quality and cleanliness in each of our homes.
